Plastic Ceilings
Plastic or PVC ceiling panels are an alternative to traditional plastered or plasterboard ceilings. The PVC decorative cladding is fireproof, fully waterproof and easily cleaned once installed. It is available in a variety of styles and colours and some contain anti-bacterial agents to help keep your bathroom hygenically clean.

The cladding can be easily fitted over the top of any sound, dry surface. When you decide it is time for a change, the cladding is easy removed. Whilst relatively new in the UK, decorative wall and ceiling panels have been popular in mainland Europe for over 20 years.

Lighting

Spotlights add a style to any room, but especially a bathroom or wetroom. Flush-fitting spotlights can be integrated into your existing plasterboard ceiling or combined with a plastic ceiling to create focused lighting where you need it most, or to emphasise a particular aspect of your room.

Many modern fittings feature adjustable housings so the beam can be directed just where you want it or spotlights can be set into the wall for an extra special effect.

Bathroom lighting is rated for different zones. You should take special care to ensure your light fitting is suitable for the area where you wish to place it. We can provide advice on suitable fittings for the area you wish to illuminate.

Star Ceilings or Fibre Optic Ceilings are a new and stylish way to add light to a room, as well as creating a highly desirable feature.

These are available with different numbers of lights (or tails) depending on the size of the room to be lit, and can be combined with colour-changing wheels and twinkle wheels to create dazzling ceiling effects.

They can be arranged randomly, making every installation unique, or can be fitted into a ready-made boss to depict the constellations in the sky at night as an excellent educational tool, night-light or a conversation starter.
